These terms govern participation in the Apni Dukan loyalty points program. By joining, you agree to abide by all the rules listed below.
Vendors enrolled in the Apni Dukan loyalty program must purchase products exclusively through Apni Dukan. If a vendor is found purchasing identical or similar products from any other distributor, retailer, or competitor, their entire points balance will be forfeited immediately and their account may be suspended without prior notice.
Apni Dukan reserves the right to reduce or zero out a vendor's points balance at any time if the vendor is found to have violated any of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to purchasing from competitors, providing false information, or misusing the loyalty program.
Loyalty points are credited only on confirmed, active orders placed through the Apni Dukan system. If an order is cancelled for any reason, the points earned on that order will be automatically reversed from the vendor's balance.
Points earned by a vendor account are strictly non-transferable. They cannot be gifted, sold, shared, or moved to any other vendor account under any circumstances.
Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfers, or any monetary equivalent. Points can only be redeemed as a discount applied to future orders placed through Apni Dukan.
Points can only be redeemed as a discount when the vendor's accumulated points balance meets or exceeds the minimum redemption threshold set by Apni Dukan. This threshold may be revised from time to time at Apni Dukan's discretion.
Loyalty points do not expire as long as the vendor account remains active and in good standing. Apni Dukan reserves the right to introduce a points expiry policy in the future, with reasonable prior notice to vendors.
Apni Dukan reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate a vendor account, and forfeit all associated points, in case of fraudulent activity, manipulation of the loyalty system, or any other misconduct that violates the spirit or letter of these terms.
Apni Dukan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate the loyalty points program, or any part of it, at any time. Changes to earn rates, redemption rates, or thresholds will be communicated to vendors through the app or directly.
In case of any dispute or discrepancy regarding points, orders, discounts, or account status, the vendor must raise the concern with Apni Dukan management directly. The decision of Apni Dukan management shall be final and binding in all matters related to the loyalty program.
Each year, Apni Dukan may offer a guaranteed Diwali gift to vendors who meet the annual purchase threshold announced by Apni Dukan. Eligibility is calculated solely on the total value of confirmed (non-cancelled) orders placed by the vendor during the qualifying period, which runs from the day after the previous Diwali up to the current Diwali. A vendor may build this total through regular monthly purchases or through bulk orders at any point during the period; only the total counts. Vendors who do not meet the announced threshold within the qualifying period will not be eligible for the Diwali gift in that year. The Diwali gift has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for points or rupees. Apni Dukan reserves the absolute right to set, change, or withdraw the threshold and the gift program at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice to vendors.
When the points expiry policy is active for a given year (as announced by Apni Dukan on the vendor portal), every vendor's entire unused loyalty points balance will be automatically reset to zero on the announced Diwali date. Vendors are solely responsible for redeeming their points as discounts on confirmed orders before the announced Diwali date. Once expired, points cannot be restored, transferred, or compensated in cash or kind. The points expiry policy may be enabled or disabled by Apni Dukan at its sole discretion, with reasonable prior notice on the vendor portal. When the expiry policy is not active, points carry forward across years as per the standard validity rules.
